حصلت وكالة (الحياة العراقية ) اليوم الجمعة على نص مسودة القانون المعدل من قبل مجلس النواب والذي تم التصويت عليه بألزام القوائم تخصيص 10 % من مرشحيها الى حملة الشهادات الاعدادية وبقية الفئات .
