أصدر رئيس الحكومة، مصطفى الكاظمي، الأربعاء، أمرا ديوانيا بتعيين علاء معن أمينا لبغداد بدلا من المستقيل منهل الحبوبي.
وكان الحبوبي قد أعلن استقالته من المنصب لأسباب صحية.
