أكد وزير الدفاع عرفان الحيالي، السبت، قرب إعلان القائد العام للقوات المسلحة حيدر العبادي عن تحرير قضاء تلعفر التابع لمحافظة نينوى من سيطرة “داعش”، مشيرا إلى أن التنظيم انهار ولم يعد قادرا على الوقوف بوجه القوات المشتركة
