مطالبة برلمانية بإلغاء قرارات مجلس الثورة المنحل من قانون الأحوال

كشفت وثائق حصلت ، عليها الحياة العراقية ، الاثنين، على نسخة منها مطالبة النائب جواد الموسوي مجلس النواب بإلغاء قرارات مجلس قيادة الثورة المنحل المعدلة للمادة ٥٧ من قانون الاحوال الشخصية.
وبحسب الوثيقة، أن القرارات مخالفة للدستور والثوابت الدينية وما اتفقت علي جميع المذاهب الاسلامية، وضرورة العودة إلى أصل القانون.
